Shipping policy

At Sculpia, we aim to deliver your 3D-printed products safely and as quickly as possible. Every order is made with care, and we work hard to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom or personalised products may require 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on most orders across India.

However, due to higher courier costs, Free Standard Delivery may not be available for certain remote or difficult-to-service locations. If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, the applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

For customers who need their order sooner, Priority Delivery is available for eligible pin codes. The Priority Delivery fee is calculated automatically based on your delivery location, courier availability, and serviceability.

Availability and pricing for both Standard and Priority Delivery depend on your delivery pin code.

Standard Delivery (Free)

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Priority Delivery

  • Orders will be processed on priority basis and will be dispatched by trusted courier partners.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Options

We currently accept prepaid payments only through our secure payment partners.

Orders are processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Sculpia is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
