At Sculpia, we aim to get your unique 3D-printed products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is crafted with care, and we take pride in delivering quality right to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom or personalized items may take 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you promptly if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide shipping across India with simple and transparent rates.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Delivery and Express Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your pin code during checkout.

Payment Options

Prepaid Orders

  • Processed immediately after successful payment.

Partial Cash on Delivery

  • You can pay a small amount while placing your order and the remaining amount at the time of delivery.
  • This helps us confirm genuine orders and begin production faster.
  • Partial paid amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or not accepted on delivery.
  • Some products may not be eligible for Partial COD due to high demand or product customisation.

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders promptly and keep you updated every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays or unforeseen issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
