Refund policy

At Sculpia, we take great care in crafting and packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged product, we're here to helpβ€”with a few simple steps.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for damaged products, and a full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the product being removed from the sealed package, with visible evidence of the damage.

Timeframe: You must report any issues within 3 days of delivery.
Contact: Email us at support@sculpia.in with your order details and the unboxing video attached.

Note: Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return or Exchange Process

Once your return or exchange request is approved:
We will arrange the pickup of the damaged item.
You’ll receive instructions via WhatsApp and/or email.
Please do not ship the item yourselfβ€”we’ll handle all logistics.
If you prefer, you may opt for an exchange of the same product instead of a refund.

Damages & Issues

We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you find it damaged or defective, reach out to us immediately at support@sculpia.in with the unboxing video so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are not damaged
  • Orders without an unboxing video

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to verified damaged products.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds can be processed in either of the following ways:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases at Sculpia.in

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@sculpia.in.
