How 3D Printing Works?

  • The Design Stage

    Every print starts with a digital 3D model, kind of like a blueprint. We either design it ourselves or customize it based on what you want using 3D modeling software.

  • The Slicer

    Once the design is ready, it's sliced into hundreds (or thousands) of horizontal layers using slicing software. This tells the printer exactly how to build it layer by layer.

  • Print Layer by Layer

    The printer heats up filament to around 200°C and starts printing from the bottom up — one layer at a time, kind of like icing a cake, but with molten PLA+ or PETG.

  • Cool Down & Clean Up

    After printing, the item cools and solidifies. We then clean it up — remove any supports and smooth rough edges.

  • Pack & Ship

    Once it's perfect, it’s carefully packed and sent off to your doorstep, ready to be used, gifted, or shown off.

What materials do you use for your 3D printed products?

We use high-quality PLA+ filaments that are durable, eco-friendly, and perfect for everyday items like coasters and keychains.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Delivery usually takes about 7 days after shipping, depending on your location.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We love creating custom designs. Just send us your ideas or requests at hello@sculpia.in, and we’ll work with you to make it happen.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us at support@sculpia.in within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Not at the moment. We’re focused on delivering the best quality for individual orders.

How should I take care of my 3D printed items?

Keep them away from high heat and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap to keep them looking fresh.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India only. But stay tuned — we’re working on expanding our delivery options!

Why are there visible lines on my 3D printed product?

Those subtle lines you see are called layer lines—and they’re totally normal! Each product is built layer by layer, which is the very essence of 3D printing. These lines aren’t defects—they’re proof of a product made with precision and care. While we always aim for the smoothest finish possible, some textures are just part of the unique charm of 3D printed items.
